I took their "Strengths Finder" questionnaire (170 questions) to find my areas of strength. This information can be used to move people into jobs that best fit their strengths. The idea is that you should know your strengths and find roles that best fit them versus trying to improve other areas that aren't necessarily strengths. This overturns the old adage that if you put your mind to it, you can achieve anything.
Their research shows that people are happiest when their skills and roles align. It is simple but powerful. Here is more on the concept. I will post more info on our progress over the next several months.
