Time Off

I am relaxing in Asheville North Carolina this week and having a great time. It reminds me that taking time away and recharging the batteries is a crucial part of staying sharp and contributing to your team's and company's successess.   

I find it hard however not to check in every so often...I have to remind myself that the team back at the office is enjoying the break too...Talk about a win-win :)

Remember to disconnect while you are away...it does a body good..
