No cell phones in meetings, will it help?

We are trying an experiment for our team meetings - no cell phones which means no alerts and no checking messages during meetings. We discussed this at our weekly operations meeting and the team was unanimous - we are going to see what impact this has. I will give you an update in a month or so.
